Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • 1- The submission has not been previously published (except: arxiv.org & viXra.org ), nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • 2- Manuscripts which have been published with arxiv.org and/or viXra.org, will be considered positively as soon as possible for publishing with HIJ with a bit of correction(s) and/or updates.
  • 3-The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF (No pdf format) document file format.
  • 4- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • 5- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • 6- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • 7- There is a publication fee (USD $300) only for accepted manuscripts (with Maximum 15 pages), plus an additional fee ( between USD $10 - $15) due to money transferring by using PayPal.
  • 8-All accepted and published manuscripts with HIJ, will be indexed with CrossRef, MENDELEY/ ELSEVIER, Google Scholars, Scilit, and NASA ADS Physics and Astrophysics.

Author Guidelines

Step-by-step process of Submission manuscripts:

1. Submission
The journal receives the submitted manuscript through the online submission system.

2. Initial Screening
The Editor-in-Chief or handling editor evaluates the submission to ensure it aligns with the journal’s aims, scope, and basic quality standards (e.g., formatting, originality, plagiarism check).

3. Peer Review Invitation
If the manuscript passes the initial screening, the editor selects appropriate expert reviewers and invites them to evaluate the paper.

4. Peer Review Evaluation
The invited reviewers thoroughly examine the manuscript and provide: Comments and constructive feedback, A recommendation: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

5. Editorial Decision
The editor reviews the peer reviewers' reports and makes a preliminary decision. The decision and all review comments are shared with the author(s), along with any editorial guidance.

6. Author Revision (if required)
If revisions are requested: Authors revise the manuscript according to the reviewers’ and editor’s comments. A revised version is uploaded for further review or editorial decision.

7. Final Decision
The editor makes a final decision based on the revised submission. If accepted, the manuscript proceeds to the next stage.

8. Production and Publishing
Accepted papers enter the production phase, which includes:
Copyediting, Layout formatting, Final proofing

The article is then officially published in the journal and assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier).
